Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian believes in comprehensive development of the students, so keeping this tradition alive various departments of the college organised educational trips to myriad places. By exposing students to new cultures and ideas, providing opportunities for academic growth and strengthening relationships between peers and with their mentors also, these trips definitely opened new vistas for students to be acquainted with wealth of benefits that extend far beyond the classroom.

The departments of Hindi and Physics collaboratively organised a trip to Palampur, Baijnath Mandir and Bir Billing on 4th of April 2023 with 90 students,under the supervision of Dr. Sameer Mahajan, Dr. Sonia, Dr. Ashok Chaudhary, Dr.Jasminder Singh and with Mr.Bikramjit Singh, Ms.Seema, Ms.Pinky, Mr.Dinesh Kumar, Mr.Mohit Pathania, Ms.Priya, Ms.Priya Thakur.

The department of Political Science organised a trip to Kartarpur Sahib and Jung-e-Azadi memorial with 30 students on 6 th of April 2023 under the supervision of Dr.Amrinder Kaur with Ms. Rekha,Ms. Shaina Parmar,Ms.Navjot Kaur, Ms. Ritu,Mr.Surinder Kumar,Mr. Mohit Kumar.

The departments of English, Punjabi and History under the leadership of Ms.Nidhi Sood, Dr.Kiranjit Kaur,Ms.Anuradha along with Dr.Pushpinder Kumari and Ms. Rupinder Jeet Kaur collaboratively organised a one day trip with 54 students on 8th of April 2023 to Dharamshala and Mcleodgunj .
