Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya prohibits any kind of Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace and actively desists its members from indulging in any form of caste-based discrimination. Discrimination based on caste is a punishable offence. The University Grants Commission has strictly ordered higher educational institutions to monitor caste-based discrimination. Anyone may report a case either through the online form or a written complaint in the register kept at the Principal’s office.

COMMITTEE : PREVENTION OF CASTE-BASED DISCRIMINATION AT WORKPLACE
The College has also constituted the Prevention of Caste Based Discrimination Committee to resolve issues pertaining to the Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace. The following are the members of the Committee:
