A felicitation ceremony was organized at Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian to mark the grand success of Panjab University, Chandigarh 63rd Inter Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival, held in the college premises from 10th November,22 to 13th November,22. The College Managing Committee honoured Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma and the college staff for their tireless hard work and strenuous endeavors for making the Inter Zonal Youth and Heritage Festival a huge success. Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma accorded a floral welcome to the President of the Managing Committee Sh. Rajan Makkar Ji and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the motivation, guidance and unconditional support of all the members of the Managing Committee without which this event would not have reached the pinnacle of success. Sh. Sanjeev Anand, Secretary, congratulated Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma and the entire staff and conveyed with immense pride that this accomplishment is the result of our unity and complete dedication towards our work. Senior Vice President of the Managing Committee, Sh. Ajit Narang congratulated everyone and lauded the entire SPN fraternity for their indefatigable efforts and incessant hard work for making this event a glorious success. He further said that SPN has always accepted great challenges and leaves no stone unturned to make it successful.
The entire staff of the college was awarded with the token of appreciation by the members of the Managing Committee. The event concluded with encouraging words of hon’ble Sh. Rajan Makkar. He thanked everyone for their valuable contribution in making the event reach the zenith of success. He conveyed his special thanks to the staff of Nursing College for their special services in the Youth Festival. He also expressed gratitude to the Principal of the Nursing college and the Vice President of the College Management Committee, Sh. Satish Agarwal for their cordial cooperation. The stage was conducted by staff secretary, Asst. Prof.Anuradha. General Secretary, Shri Vinod Kumar; Auditor Sh. Rajesh Lakhanpal, Principal, SPN Nursing College, Dr Archana Garg; Vice-Principal ,SPN Nursing College, Mrs. Simranjeet Kaur also graced the event.
