Fashion Designing Department of SPN College Mukerian organised a Fashion Show on different styles of Saree Draping. Describing about the event Prof.Harpreet Kaur(HOD,Home-Science and Fashion Designing Department) stated that the main purpose behind organising this event is, to inculcate self- confidence in today’s youth and to develop a habit of creativity in them, by preparing dress material from the waste like C.D, newspaper, magazine,etc. College Principal Dr.Sameer Sharma was the chief guest of the day. While interacting with the students,he appreciated the creativity and confidence of the students and he further encouraged the department and students to organise such events in the future also.On this occasion Prof.Monika, Prof.Sarabjit and other staff members were also present
