World No Tobacco Day was celebrated by the Red Ribbon Club of Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya Mukeria. On this occasion, the Principal of the college, Dr. Sameer Sharma congratulated the Red Ribbon Club and encouraged them to participate in social work in a similar manner. Asst. Professor Anuradha, President of the Red Ribbon Club told the students about World No Tobacco Day. She said that tobacco is hollowing out the youth from inside. We should know about the harmful and terrible diseases caused by tobacco and should also make society aware. In the end, Ms. Anuradha thanked the College Management Committee and the Principal of the college Dr. Sameer Sharma for their special cooperation. Students of the Red Ribbon Club and the History Department were present on this occasion.
