The Red Ribbon Club of Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian participated in district level competition organized by Red Ribbon Clubs in collaboration with Punjab state Aids Control Society and Youth Services Department of Punjab at Hoshiarpur on 20-09-2021. Events such as essay writing, slogan writing, and quiz were planned focusing especially on HIV AIDS awareness, blood donation, T.B and drug abuse.

Apprising about the event, Principal Dr. Sameer stated that the event was organized to appreciate five Red Ribbon Cubs from the district for their praiseworthy and efficacious work during Covid-19 pandemic. He further said various colleges from Hoshiarpur participated in this event, where the Red Ribbon Club of our college was declared the best red ribbon club of the district along with other four clubs. He also congratulated Ms. Anuradha (Incharge Youth and Red Ribbon Club) for her strenuous efforts to make the college proud. Ms. Anuradha thanked the college principal and the college managing committee for their support and motivation.
