A seven-day National Service Scheme (NSS) camp commenced at Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian. Apprising about the camp, Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma said more than 100 students are participating in this camp which is scheduled from December 29,2022 to January 4, 2023. He further stated that this program will incorporate talk on social issues, physical and mental health. Additionally,lectures on enhancing self-confidence and building leadership qualities in students will also be a part of this event. Dr. Sameer Mahajan and Dr. Sonia Sharma (Coordinators NSS) said this seven-day camp includes Yoga camp, games, and lectures on various topics. On the first day, Dr. Chandrashekhar, Head, Physical Education highlighted the pros and cons of Yoga in daily life. Dr. Pardeep Sengar, Asst. Prof. Bikramjit, Asst. Prof. Seema, Asst. Prof. Pinki, Asst. Prof. Tania Mahajan were also present there.
