To commemorate the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, Physical Education department of the college organised Sports Day.Principal Dr.Sameer Sharma graced the occasion as the chief guest.While interacting with the students Principal Dr.Sameer Sharma stated that SPN college has always endeavoured to promote sports by giving special stipends to the sportspersons of the college.He elucidated proudly that last year our college student Mehakdeep Kaur brought laurels to the college when she participated in National level khelo India Competition and bagged second prize in Karate.He said that he hopes for the same this year too. A volleyball match was also played during the celebration.In the end Dr. Chander Shekhar,HoD, Physical Education department,thanked the worthy Management Committee and Principal Dr.Sameer Sharma for their guidance and support.During the event Prof.Vikram Singh,HoD, Economics Department and Sh. Bikramjit Singh were also present.
