Red Ribbon, Youth Club and Department of History of Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian, celebrated International Youth Day with zest and zeal. Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma stated that this day is not only a reminder of the importance of youth in our society but also an opportunity to reflect on how we can empower and support our young people to achieve their dreams and contribute positively to the world around them. He further added that our youth are the architects of tomorrow, and it is our responsibility as educators and mentors to provide them with the tools and guidance they need to build a brighter future.

On this occasion, a Mind Maze Competition was held where Kirandeep Kaur and Diksha secured first place, Yuvraj Singh and Ritika took second place, while Jaspreet Singh and Mahekpreet Kaur claimed third. The event was effectively and efficiently moderated by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur. In addition, a pledge on drug abuse prevention was also administered by students. Asst. Prof. Anuradha expressed gratitude to the college management committee and the college principal for their incessant support. Asst. Prof. Tarandeep Kaur, Asst. Prof. Ritu, and Asst. Prof. Chetna were also present in the event.
