In a bid to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and responsible citizens, the IIC of SPN College Mukerian conducted an informative session on “ Start up to Scale up: Loans for every stage of your business”.

The session focused on educating students about various loan schemes available through the bank, specifically tailored to their needs.

The Principal of the college, Dr. Sameer Sharma stated that Empowering young people with financial knowledge is crucial for their future success. He added that the college wants to ensure that students have access to the right information and support to make responsible financial decisions.

The speaker of the day, Ms. Sunit Kaur, Senior Manager, PNB Mukerian SPN College branch began by emphasizing the importance of financial literacy for young adults. She highlighted how understanding loan options can help students make informed decisions about funding their education, starting a business, or managing personal finances.
The session delved into a comprehensive overview of Punjab National Bank loan schemes, including Educational Loans, Start-Up Loans, Personal Loans.

Ms. Sunit Kaur, Senior Manager, PNB answered numerous questions from the eager students, addressing their concerns about loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and the importance of credit scores. She emphasized that PNB is committed to providing transparent and accessible financial solutions to students.

IIC Incharge, Dr. Deepika Sharma elucidated that the talk concluded with a lively Q&A session, where students actively engaged with the senior bank manager, Ms. Sunit Kaur.
