Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Swami Premanand Mahavidyalaya by the students of Department of Biology to mark the centennial of the birth of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to pay a token of respect to their teachers for their contribution. Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma was invited by the students as a special guest to honour and thank him for making all efforts for providing the best faculty and facility in the college and always motivating. Dr. Sameer Sharma praised and congratulated the students for their best efforts in organizing the event and for their respect towards their teachers. The students presented many cultural items and gave compliments to their teachers. Power point presentations to show the achievements and memories of the college were also presented. Dr.Gurpreet Kaur, Head, Department of Biology, thanked the students and gave the students best wishes for their future endeavours.She also thanked the Colllege Managing Committe and Principal Dr. Sameer Sharma for the best wishes and support in the development of the Staff and the students. The event was supported and attended by Prof. Meenu, Prof. Isha and Paramjit .
